This site aims to connect and provide a safe and understanding space for loved ones of pilots who may be dealing with the challenges associated with addiction and the unique stressors that come with aviation life.

In this step study of BOAF Al-Anon, we delve into a new aspect of the 12-step framework adopted by Al-Anon from Alcoholics Anonymous to better understand how these principles can guide us towards personal freedom. The 12-step framework is a set of guiding principles that have been instrumental in helping individuals affected by someone else's alcoholism. These steps are not just about addressing the addiction itself but also about fostering personal growth, emotional well-being, and spiritual development.
