Dr. Robert Greer V, D.O.
Dr. Robert Collins Greer V is a board-certified osteopathic physician, Senior Aviation Medical Examiner (AME), and nationally recognized leader in primary care, addiction medicine, and aviation health. With more than a decade of experience serving patients throughout South Florida, Dr. Greer is known for his patient-centered approach to healthcare, combining evidence-based medicine with compassionate, individualized care.
As Medical Director of Greer Family Practice, he provides comprehensive medical services to a diverse patient population ranging from infants to older adults, managing both routine healthcare needs and complex medical conditions. His clinical expertise includes family medicine, preventative care, addiction treatment, chronic disease management, urgent care, and aviation medicine.
In addition to his family practice, Dr. Greer serves as a Senior FAA Aviation Medical Examiner and Senior HIMS AME, helping pilots navigate medical certification while promoting safety within the National Airspace System. His work with pilots facing substance use and mental health challenges has made him a respected resource within the aviation community.
A graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Greer has also served as a clinical educator, mentor, and advocate for healthcare innovation. His leadership experience includes serving on the Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization Board, where he helped advance quality-based healthcare initiatives that achieved national recognition for patient outcomes and cost savings.
